BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Ken Bennett has been in practice since receiving a Doctorate in Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences in 2004.  He managed a satellite office in Chicago's south suburbs for 2 years where he was a "traditional" chiropractor.  This experience helped Dr. Ken realize that people's health challenges are rarely one-dimensional.  Therefore, a one-dimensional, "traditional" chiropractic approach will not be truly successful.  In 2006 Dr Ken started diving deep in his study of more advanced and impactful techniques as he studied and mentored with some of the top minds in health and wellness.

In 2023, Dr. Ken founded Grateful Health and Wellness Center to continue to bring his unique skill set to the people of Chicago and beyond.  As 1000s of happy and aligned patients would attest, Dr. Ken is more of a healer than a "traditional" chiropractor.  He specializes in gentle upper cervical chiropractic, energetic balancing, trauma release, extremity adjusting, instrument adjusting, postural exercises, and some "traditional" chiropractic to address problems from a multidimensional perspective.  This approach allows Dr. Ken to treat the cause of a health problem, not chase symptoms.  As a result, people get better faster,  stay better longer, and maximize their health.

Dr. Ken has spent his entire life in the Chicagoland area.  He was awarded the Chick Evans Scholarship to attend the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.  He cheers on all the Chicago sports teams especially the Cubs, Bears, Blackhawks, and Illini.  He loves playing and watching golf.  In his free time, Dr. Ken likes to spend time with friends, see live music, and just enjoy life with his beautiful wife, Kelly, and his amazing daughter, Althea.
